Ladies and Gents, this year we are raising funds for Motor Neurone Disease (MND)
What is MND?
Motor neurone disease (MND) is the name given to a group of diseases in which the nerve cells (neurones) controlling the muscles that enable us to move, speak, breathe and swallow undergo degeneration and die.
As healthy human beings we often take for granted, when we can get out of bed each day, that we can run like the wind. Unfortunately there are so many that can’t, and I believe, as a collective group, we can help by raising funds to help fight MND.
One of the reasons for creating this company was to raise funds for a worthy cause and it’s taken us 3 yrs to get established well enough to do so. In addition to this we really didn’t know which cause we wanted to support, until recently.
I came across MND through a colleague and could see the synergy between being active and not being able to be active and it was a no brainer from there. We have now chosen to support MND.
Is easy via the donation option offered through our registration process, totally voluntary of course. All donations count, no matter how small, and we are truly grateful.
Making a big difference
By engaging a Loan Market broker as the Major Sponsor of the Race Series for 2016, we’ve found an opportunity to raise funds at a much quicker pace. We have agreed that for every loan written from event competitors, a donation of $100 would be made to the MND cause. Now that’s more like it.
If we can engage just 5% of our competitors then we will reach our target of $10,000 in a heartbeat and I’m really excited about that.
We can’t do this without you though. If you would like help us get to the $10,000 target then you need to make contact. Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0413365947.
We appreciate your support and I look forward to hearing from you all.

For those that don’t believe they have the pace to win the series but still want a challenge can opt to try for the ‘GO-GETTA’ award.
